Phase 1: S/4 HANA Transformation In your first phase of your activity, as a project manager, you play a central role in the factory-side control of our ongoing S/4HANA transformation and thus complement the IT project management. You coordinate the relevant activities at the site and ensure transparency about progress, risks and dependencies. You are responsible for and controlling complex lean and transformation programs at the location and international level, conduct interdisciplinary project teams and ensure the successful implementation of the defined goals. You actively promote a continuous improvisation culture by coaching executives and employees in Lean and OPEX methods and anchoring self-responsibility and continuous improvement in the organization. You take over the professional leadership and further development of the Lean expert: both in the factory and in the international environment.
You have a successfully completed degree in engineering, economic engineering, production technology, operation management or a comparable qualification. You have several years of experience in a responsible surgical-excellence, lean management or continuous-improvement function within a manufacturing industrial company. You have demonstrable experience in controlling complex transformation and change projects and keep an overview even with a variety of dependencies. You are convinced by distinct skills in stakeholder management as well as by targeted, clear communication – even at management level. You have a well-founded knowledge of Lean Management, Value Stream Design, KVP, 5S, SMED, TPM or Six Sigma and a certification as Six Sigma Green Belt. You have knowledge of German and English in a reliable manner.
