What we plan together: REWE Group's Business Continuity Governance defines the group-wide framework and methods for ensuring business processes in crisis and emergency situations. As a Business Continuity Manager, you develop and optimize these requirements and support our Group companies in Germany and abroad in their implementation. You work on the implementation of the BCM Lifecycle in the companies and coordination of the Business Continuity Management across the Group companies. The advertised position is located at the location Cologne Porz, where our dynamic team meets regularly.

What you do with us: You have the overview: You implement the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS), control the continuous improvement and support audits and corrective actions. You actively shape: you analyze internal and external requirements for Business Continuity Management (BCM) and find solutions for implementation in processes, products and projects. Your expertise counts: You conduct business impact analyses and risk analyses independently, control emergency planning and advise our corporate companies with your BCM expertise. You ask for progress: You sensitize colleagues in the BCM disciplines, regularly organize emergency exercises and tests and regularly report to management. Together with the goal: You act as a central interface between IT, governance, risk management and other relevant departments.

Included trainings and certificates in the BCM and GRC area such as Certified Business Continuity Manager (CBCM), Certified Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT) etc. are advantageous. Founded experience: Multiannual experience in the field of business continuity, for example through an examination or consulting activity. Practical experience in carrying out business impact analyses (BIA), risk assessments (RIA) and emergency planning. Expertise: You recognize relationships between processes, risks and controls and at your work rely on relevant laws, standards and standards such as ISO22301, BSI 200-4, ISO2700x, NIS-2, KRITIS, COBIT, ITIL, etc. Flowing German knowledge (C2) and knowledge of English (min. B2) complete your profile.
