They support our customer advisors and are the first person to contact our customers by phone and in person. As part of the systematic inventory customer management, you agree proactively with potential customers and customers and prepare these organizational and content. As far as possible, you can solve customer requests independently and finally to the satisfaction of all participants. For credit topics, you work hand in hand with the sales assistance financing. They identify consulting needs and cross-selling approaches and forward the information to the right responders.

You have a successful training to the bank merchant or have first professional experience in sales support. They are saddle-proof in matters relating to securities and asset management and have an interest in healthcare. They communicate safely and eloquently and convince with pronounced customer and sales orientation. The telephone customer address will give you pleasure. Self-employed, detailed work is of course for you. They also keep an overview and a cool head in turbulent situations.
