Working Student Strategy & Analytics | Market Research (m/f/d)

Then become part of our Strategy & Analytics team! We deal with international issues, identify new growth opportunities and support our disciplines with data-based decisions. In doing so, you are working as a working student: not only spectators, but from the very beginning you are directly involved in the team - you work actively, bring your ideas in and learn how real strategy work works based on insights.

Here are some of your tasks in detail You analyze data from a wide range of sources - from social media to competitive analytics to customer surveys - and you can cover opportunities and risks for our business. Exciting insights are provided so that You become understandable and relevant to different stakeholders in the company. You yourself carry out smaller data collections and analyses and introduce your own ideas. In dealing with our market research partners and agencies, you support the team and ensure smooth processes. You keep an overview of our data landscape, structure information - and maybe even discover new, surprising insights. Knowing new data analysis tools, bringing together different data sources and contributing to making data visible, understandable and usable in the company.

You are registered:r Student:in an economic or social science degree course - ideally focusing on marketing, data analysis or statistics. Figures don't scare off - on the contrary: you have the pleasure of recognizing patterns and relationships in data. Ideally, you could already gain first experience with retail data, for example from GfK, NIQ or IRI analyses. Care and a good eye for detail are important to you, at the same time you also keep the whole thing in mind. With your curiosity and hand-on mentality, you actively contribute, work independently and develop your own ideas. New tools awaken your curiosity: You work quickly, build up know-how and support colleagues in their application. First experiences with analysis or visualization tools such as Excel, SPSS, R, Python or Power BI are a plus, but no requirement. A lot more important is your curiosity and the willingness to work quickly into new tools and technologies. Very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile.
