Plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology (m/f/d)

Commissioning/use of technical equipment in the heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitary area Implementation of repairs and new installations on sanitary and heating systems and ventilation systems Exemption and rebuilding of small to medium technical installations (e.g. sanitary objects, boiler plants up to 50 KW, drinking water heaters) Maintenance and maintenance of water supply and water disposal systems with shafts, rain and dirt water channels, drainage lines, upper and lower-floor hydrants, lifting systems and water filters Maintenance and maintenance of the toilet facilities (e.g. electronic urinal dishwashers, elt valves, drinking water stations, sparperlators, electrical sub-stables, etc.) Removal of small to medium piping blockages Cleaning and repair of roof drainage systems Support for hygiene in drinking water installation according to VDI-Directive 6023 Removal of water and wastewater disorders Support for offices, masters and other assistance activities Consultation and support of users and their instruction in the operation of the devices or Systems Control of the execution of orders by third parties/firms (company controlling) Control passages including logging on the properties (e.g. reading of the counters, optical control of lines on leaks) performing and logging of function tests as well as visual inspections (smoking detectors, drainage pumps, flight path identification, lighting etc.)

Qualification: Graduated vocational training as plant mechanic/plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air conditioning (w/m/d) or of previous occupations (e.g. central heating, ventilation builder [w/m/d] or gas and water installer [w/m/d]) Competences: Professional experience in at least one of the companies referred to in ‘qualification’ Good knowledge of building and operating technology User knowledge of IT standard applications (Microsoft Office) Other: driving licence class B and the willingness to operate motor vehicles independently readiness for missions and for the execution of the above-mentioned tasks Range of workstation Willingness to participate in one-day and multi-day training events throughout the federal territory readiness to verify safety pursuant to Federal Security Review Act (SÜG) Physical/health suitability Height-fitness for work in heights up to 10 m Willingness to activities of cross-sector organisations Ability to work in an animal research plant Willingness to accept call readiness – also on weekends (24/7) Green, careful and reliable operation Good organization skills Good opinion Own initiative and capacity for creative and conceptual work Ability to work independently, target-oriented and safe even with increased work volume Good communication skills Customer- / address-oriented behavior Ability to team-oriented action, critique Good judgment
