As a proposal director (m/w/d), you assume the holistic responsibility for our complex, international supply process. In this demanding function, you control interdisciplinary expert teams, secure the highest quality standards for complex B2B and B2G alerts and develop our offerings forward-looking. If you want to appreciate a dynamic environment in the area of investment goods in need of explanation and actively shape the successful acquisition of large strategic projects, we look forward to your expertise. Your tasks: Responsibility for managing, coordinating and optimizing the entire internal supply and release process for the national and international market including ensuring all quality gates Takeover of order intake responsibility in standardised procedures, creation of structured offer plans and competent response to customer requests Analysis of tender documents, derivation of specific requirements and targeted preparation and presentation of the Bid/No-Bid decision and tender strategy Technical leadership of the further team in the proposal management as well as continuous qualitative and methodological development of the supply management in total sales Continuous, independent review of all documents for compliance with customer requirements as well as performing structured reviews and Lessons-Learned success controls

Completed studies of business management, communication/engineering or a comparable qualification Long-term practice in proposal and bid management, distribution of investment goods (B2B/B2G or armaments industry) as well as commercial, technical and legal understanding and first leadership experience Safe handling of MS Office as well as routine in the use of internal IT tools and process databases German and English knowledge in word and writing for the international project business Structured, independent mode of operation combined with enforcement strength, team spirit, communication skills and high loadability Global readiness
