As part of Finance Global Services, we develop the technical and technological infrastructure, on the basis of which the Hannover Rück Group determines world-wide financial figures and produces business-relevant reporting. Analysis and optimisation of processes in the back-insurance secondary book (Subledger) as well as cutting points to the main book and other systems Collection, documentation and prioritization of technical and technological requirements in close cooperation with the departments and IT Conception of booking solutions, data flows and reporting requirements as part of data and process modeling Support for projects – including in a senior role – in the introduction of new systems, regulations and the implementation of regulatory requirements (e.g. IFRS 17, Solvency II) Implementation and monitoring of specialist and integration tests and analysis and correction of errors Communication with internal and external stakeholders

Successful study of (economic) mathematics or a comparable qualification Included professional experience as an actuary:in, preferably in the field of reinsurance Expertise in the academic environment and financial accounting and the transition with regulatory requirements (in particular IFRS and HGB) High IT affinity and pronounced analytical thinking, combined with a streamlined and solution-oriented working method Excellent communication strength and the talent to prepare complex content in a comprehensible and addressable manner Responsible appearance and the willingness to independently manage and actively promote issues Very good knowledge of German and English High level of self-motivation and enthusiasm for actuary work You may not meet all the requirements mentioned, but you will understand your expertise.
