You would like to be a central contact person: to accompany customers in the national and NATO environment over all phases of the project in the Air and Missile Defence area?

Do you want to take over project planning, control and monitoring, structure requirements and actively contribute to the development of the portfolio?

The Defence & Security division is particularly committed to the armed forces and a recognised technical service provider at national and international level in the design of solutions, the support of analysis, development and implementation projects and the provision of services.

Professional leadership and guidance of the interdisciplinary project team and management of subcontractors Responsibility for the operational planning, control and implementation of the customer requirements of the projects in terms of time-cost diversity as well as professional leadership of the project teams in the context of the projects in question Implementation of the planning, control and monitoring of the project sequence using your own project management experience Contribution to the development of new ideas and support for business development and the further development of the IABG portfolio in the Air and Missile Defence environment Care for reliable communication to ensure high customer satisfaction and a transparent presentation of the project progress Working on the further development of the workflows and processes of project management Preparation and execution of the acceptances by the customer for formal confirmation of the agreed delivery and performance volumes, participation in the creation of the offer

Complete studies in the field of aerospace technology, electrical engineering or comparable Practical experience in implementing projects, experience in managing projects would be ideal Project management certification (e.g. IPMA) and knowledge of modelling and simulation would be desirable Technical understanding in areas such as: the interaction of air conditions, threat analysis, decision-making and effect German and English skills
