Professional and disciplinary leadership of the department including employee talks, target agreements, coaching and targeted personnel development Total responsibility for tasks, resources and budget planning of the department Strategic development and architectural responsibility for real-time communication solutions (OSPlus telephony) Close cooperation with the Head of Division and support for operational and strategic issues Ensuring efficient use and targeted control of employees Continuous optimization of processes as well as expansion of automation, monitoring and standardization Responsibility for the assigned contracts including Service provider control
