As a production employee in wood processing (m/w/d), you are an important part of our team in Cölbe and supports the production of high-quality wood products. Your tasks include the operation of modern machines, the post-processing and quality assurance of the products and the execution of general production tasks. You contribute directly to the production of precise and high-quality wood products that guarantee our customers the highest satisfaction.

• Operation and monitoring of wood processing machines
• Follow-up of wood products
• Quality control of finished products
• Ensuring a smooth production process
• Support for warehouse and material work

We are looking for

To be able to work successfully as a production employee in woodworking, you should bring a real interest in working with wood as well as craftsmanship. No special prior knowledge is required, but operational readiness, team skills and a focus on quality are highly appreciated.

• First professional experience in production or woodworking is of advantage, but no duty
• Craft skills and technical understanding
• Physical loadability for work in production
• Ability to work in the team and sense of responsibility
• Flexibility and willingness to work in layers
