Risk Management Expert (m/f/d)

The Quality and Medical Risk Management Directorate supports the various occupational groups in the clinic in providing high-quality and safe patient care. The focus is on strengthening individual responsibility and mindfulness of each employee. Active participation of a modern, holistic risk and quality management system according to legal and normative requirements Identification, analysis and evaluation of clinical, organisational and business risks – focusing on patient safety and process optimization Further development and evaluation of reporting systems (e.g. CIRS) and derivation of targeted improvement measures Implementation of structured risk analyses (e.g. FMEA) and monitoring the implementation of effective measures Planning and implementation of internal audits and participation in the further development of the QM system according to ISO 9001 Participation in the development of key payment systems for the continuous monitoring of risks and to support management in decisions Support in crisis and emergency planning as well as in the further development of emergency and intervention processes

Successfully completed study of nursing/health sciences, nursing/health management, health economics or a comparable degree course and professional experience in risk management, ideally in healthcare Completed training as an auditorin, risk managerin or quality management officer* of advantageously high level of commitment, organizational talent and solution-oriented decision-making pronounced communicative skills independent and independent working on the basis of team skills and collaborative cooperation very good knowledge of how to use standard software (MS Office, especially Excel) Convinced on the whole line -
