Academic degree in the fields of computer science, engineering or natural sciences including doctoral degree or comparable qualification Experience in research Experience in the acquisition and implementation of economic and/or funding projects An active network in research and/or business The will to build a team and finance them by recruiting research contracts leadership and social competence, ideally already experience as leadership Experience in project management Teamability, safe occurrence and convincing communication English and readiness to travel
