Tasks & Responsibility: It's waiting for you Your main responsibility in this position is the acquisition and full consultation of wealthy private customers: internally on all issues of the national and international money and investment. Look forward to a task in which you address, in particular, those customers who are distinguished by high consulting intensity and complexity in the securities/investment business. You use the phone as a primary and efficient tool in this task.

Your consulting focus includes investment consulting, credit, asset management, structured products and alternative investments Promoting customer relationships through the continuous, sustainable securing and enhancement of customer assets, in the sense of the 'Best-Select' approach (Open Architecture) is one of your recurring tasks The efficient use of Group-owned resources and targeted integration of external product and know-how supplier: inside your support concept for the excellent fulfilment of an objective advice approach round off your responsibility You build your own customer base and develop sales approaches to achieve sales goals In addition, you will accompany the quality assurance in written, telephone and personal customer care through regular coaching and workshops

Expertise & Soft Skills: This brings you

You have a completed university degree or a bank-specific training Ideally, you can rely on several years of professional experience in the field of Wealth Management / Asset Consulting and sound banking and securities knowledge Excellent communication skills, sales experience and a very good feeling for customer requests are the key to You have experience in the telephone acquisition and advice of wealthy customers The ability to independently develop new customer contacts and to develop existing customer relationships is part of your portfolio You have a high self-motivation, endurance and flexibility Flowing German and good English skills are beneficial for your daily tasks
