The task area

• Consult: Support customers to understand their security and business problems, define clear requirements and priorities, and offer cross-departmental support in the sales process, from business development to sales performance.

• Deal Shaping: Develop and present a technical value offering that meets the customer's specific requirements and highlights the unique feature of SoftwareOnes.

• Market knowledge: Analyze the market and competition to develop the best solution strategy.

• Develop solutions: Develop architecture and service solutions that are competitive, technically feasible and available in the time and budget framework, as well as suggestions for innovative solutions and services that meet customer requirements.

• Offer presentation: Provide all types of portfolio offerings with a complete technical overview, including already completed projects and applications.

• Solution design management:Take responsibility for technical answers to customers in the form of presentations, suggestions and RFPs, and use expertise from the entire company if necessary.

• Safety and service proposals:Combine convincing security and service-based suggestions for customers, work with RFI/RFP promotional teams, and support customer supporters in developing associated advertising spots.

• Preparation of solutions: Presents the proposed solutions before the customer to illustrate the advantages and value of the solution and/or the service.

• Supplier relations: Use important relationships with suppliers to ensure that solutions from all available product and service providers can be tailored.

• Managed Service: Creation and definition of target business models
• Legacy environments, on-prem cloud solutions and virtualization technologies
• Multi Cloud, AWS, AZUR and GCP,
• Middleware concept, database, application and webserver
• cloud security fund;
• Cloud Managed Platforms, Hybrid Cloud Management, CI/CD Automation
• IT Management Tools: Fullscope of Service & Systems Management for IT Services
• Security Frameworks – Cyber Essentials, NIST, CIS Critical Security Controls

Consulting: .

• Communicative experience with internal/external stakeholders with the ability to conduct customer talks from a technical design perspective to promote an appropriate design.
• The ability to influence throughout the entire sales cycle and enable the provision of a consistent solution. Clear communication with Professional Services & Managed Services teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• experience in a role as an IT architect for companies that provides technical advice in designing and implementing services and architectures of several suppliers.
• Successful balance sheet and experience in tendering for complex tenders for several services.
• Confirmed integrity of the offer that meets the customer's requirements and support of sales in the technical qualification during the process.
• Ability to build a trusted consulting relationship/partnership with our customers and to advise and guide them in their security challenges, good negotiation skills, proven by your commercial experience.

Methods:

• Architecture management, corporate architecture, project management, TOGAF, ITIL, UMF, TSD, SDDM and others.
• experience related to customer orders, method-based design of complex solutions (including technical environment, operational environment and facility, establishment of service management, design thinking, management of technical teams).
• preparation of work descriptions, cost estimates, technical quality assurance, contract negotiations, handover, project preparation.
• experience in the development of technical personnel in the role of the IT architect and in the construction of architecture management.
