The practical part of the training takes place at the Dortmund plant and at our cooperation partner, the career workshop in Witten, where experienced and dedicated trainers accompany you on your future career path, advise and support you. The theoretical part of the training takes place on 1-2 days a week at the Berufskolleg Witten. The weekly training period is 35 hours. The training is paid in accordance with the collective agreement: € 1242,96 (brutto) in the first year, € 1297.67 (brutto) in the second year, and €1378.93 (brutto) in the third year.
