Planning, tendering, procurement, construction monitoring and billing of construction projects Perception of the building function in the execution and planning of urban construction projects (reconstruction and conversion of schools and kindergartens as well as the rehabilitation of urban real estate stock) Control of planning and execution of construction projects Coordination of specialist planners and consultants involved in the construction Takeover of other building tasks, e.g. the implementation of tenders and the participation in the submission of tenders A change in the area of responsibility is reserved.

Graduate degree as a Diplom-Ingenieur/in (m/w/d) Fachhochschule / University / Bachelor / Master of the Department of Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Project Management or in a comparable discipline Knowledge of building, procurement and planning law Knowledge/experience in school building projects Experience in project management of large construction projects, preferably in municipal areas, desirable A high level of commitment and the ability to think and act independently of business The willingness to find alternative solutions (in terms of cost-effectiveness and sustainability) You have organisational talent and enforcement strength and are happy to work in the team The jobs are also particularly suitable for professional re-enterers (m/w/d) e.g. after a family phase
