Our People Development department consists of the Employer Branding, Recruiting and Personnel Development teams. We take care of the search for the best talents, their onboarding and personnel development.

From October 2026 we are looking for a location in Hannover for 5 to 6 months Compulsory interns (d/m/w) in the area of People Development.

For our Instagram channel ''madsack.karriere'' you produce target-group-oriented content and give our employer brand a face For onboarding measures such as the welcome day or the compilation of our onboarding boxes, you'll pack up You support us in operational and administrative recruiting for professionals and junior staff, giving a deep insight into the entire recruiting process E-Learning's initial and updated independently in our learning world and thus actively contribute to the further development of our digital learning formats You prepare (presence) trainings before and after and thus ensure a smooth running of our training opportunities In the field of young people, you can support us in projects such as apprenticeship and junior days or the introduction week

You are a enrolled student (d/m/w), ideally in BWL with a focus on personnel, economic psychology, pedagogy or a comparable course of study True lust for the topics Employer Branding, Recruiting and Personal Development and the motivation to assume responsibility from the outset First knowledge in MS Office as well as safe handling of digital tools and social media Structured and reliable operation combined with organizational talent and a sense of communication Open, team-oriented personality with a hand-on mentality and the desire to really move something
