In our team we design and optimize the processes for the performance service of our Germany-wide customer service centres. As a central contact person, we develop new regulations and are at the side of our colleagues in the customer service centres in order to be able to offer our insured persons the optimal service. Then get yourself in: As a competent contact person, you ensure a high quality of the processes for the service: In order to keep our employees up to date and the quality of our processes at the customer service centres, prepare internal workshops with your communicative way and carry them through. You act as contact and counselling partners for questions: As an expert on personal health insurance, you can help our employees in the health insurance service and other organizational units. As an organizational institution, you can get into our diverse projects: whether as a participant in the project or within a working group - you understand how to prepare complicated facts and processes structured and get good results in the team. Complicated individual cases? For you no problem: For complicated questions of our colleagues from the customer service centres, you will find solutions that are independent. You keep an overview: The professional controlling is carried out by you. You initiate quality assurance measures, perform them independently and also take over the subsequent reporting.

Training: You have completed training as a merchant for insurance and financial investments or a completed study of a comparable orientation. Alternatively, you will bring appropriate professional experience. Experience: You already have (first) professional experience in the service of a health insurance. Knowledge: You have good knowledge of the performance of private health insurance, ideally in the area of fees for doctors and dentists, as well as outpatient therapies. Personality: In everyday work, you will also keep an overview of many simultaneous tasks and projects and are characterised by an independent working method and by an organizational design.
