Your tasks

• You are responsible for the independent planning and implementation of the care at the permanent guard. You analyze the care needs and document your care processes precisely.

• You take care of the basic care and make sure that all residents feel safe and comfortable at night.

• You accompany our residents with empathy and professionalism.

• You support nurses, share your knowledge and strengthen the team.

• You bring ideas, reflect our practice and develop care.

Your profile

• You have a completed training as a nurse, health care and nursing, nurse, nursing or nursing (m/w/d).
• Whether you are a professional or experienced professional, you bring heart, commitment and team spirit.
• You enjoy modern care concepts and digital documentation.
• You are responsible, empathic and solution-oriented with challenges.
