Creation of all personnel documents from entry to exit (work contracts, pay adjustments, certificates, etc.) incl. Date and deadline management (e.g. anniversaries, sampling time) System-side personal data collection and care (e.g. SAP organization management, electronic personnel file) Communication with authorities, such as IHK, vocational schools, employment offices and affiliates Cooperation in the development of the administrative HR standards and processes and support of HR Business Partners in the daily business

Closed commercial training, e.g. as an office clerk / industrial clerk m/w/d, ideally with further training in the human resources, e.g. as a personnel specialist w/w/d First professional experience in a comparable position in the personnel sector, ideally in the area of personnel administration, and first experience in cooperation with works councils Secure handling of MS Office (in particular Word, Excel), desirable first knowledge in SAP HCM Self-employed and self-employed A systematic working style, good self-organisation and service-oriented appearance
