The Mercedes-Benz Cars Purchasing & Supplier Quality (MP) division is responsible for purchasing production material and supplier quality for Mercedes-Benz AG with an annual purchase volume in the double-digit billion range. The control levers innovation, top quality and sustainability are key success factors for MP. Innovation and top quality are the main brand promises of Mercedes-Benz. The role of MP is to bring innovations and top quality into the vehicle in a sustainable manner. Around 1,500 innovative, powerful and flexible partners in the supply industry are needed worldwide. You are responsible for structuring, negotiation and legal protection of complex individual contracts in a technologically demanding environment

Through independent negotiations with suppliers even in challenging negotiating situations, you make a direct contribution to the success of the company

You design cross-functional cooperation with operational purchasing, development, legal department, capacity management, corporate data protection, finance and other relevant areas and are therefore directly involved in the product development and procurement process
