For our ICM technology, we are looking for a technical manager (m/w/d) (storage logistics and event technology) as part of a follow-up regulation. This vacancy is an indefinite body in part or full time.

You are responsible for providing the event material (media, IT, stage & lighting technology) on a timely basis in order to ensure the smooth running of the events and regularly agree with the participants

You take over the responsibility for the warehouse management software, develop these in coordination with colleagues and coordinate the annual maintenance work according to DGUV V3 of the mobile and stationary event inventory.

You support the different technical structures in the procurement processes and modernization measures. Creating performance directories, tuning with the stakeholders concerned and controlling the procurement process from idea to implementation, complements your varied working day

You provide technical advice and support to colleagues in the event preparation and take over the deputy planning of personnel capacities for technical event support

After appropriate incorporation, You control various building technologies and the operation of the industrial and building systems. The planning and organisation of repair measures and maintenance work will coordinate you with colleagues for the event-free times

You are deputy responsible for the SAP order management, thus have extensive powers in economic procurement management and support your colleagues in the ordering processes of the technical works

You independently carry out the repair of defective media and event technology within the scope of the possibilities or in coordination with manufacturers for the repair shipment. The processing including matching order requirements as well as the organization of sales and scraping rounds off your task
