As a specialist (m/w/d) for the execution of the DOR control function according to DORA, you take over the central control of the DOR governance in the Group and, in particular, coordinate the relevant committee work. Optimize the Group-wide control system for digital operational resilience incl. the measurement method and ensure regular compliance tests or Effectiveness assessments based on resilience measurement, performance and risk indicators are the sustainable implementation of the Group-DOR strategy. For our group companies, plan, organize and conduct self-assessments in order to collect conversion levels and maturity levels of minimum standards and target requirements. You supervise the group-wide processes for digital operational resilience, maintain and expand the information register and derive both analyses and evaluations of risk data. On the basis of this, you will draw up sound DOR risk reports and will also be responsible for the Group's report on the review of the ICT risk management framework, specifically the Annual Report on the Digital Operational Resilience. Last but not least, you will assist the supervisory authorities, examiners, associations as well as our group companies in questions of the DOR governance and get involved in projects, including as project management.

Successful study of Business Informatics, Economics (BWL / VWL) or a comparable academic degree Qualification as Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), ISO 27001 Lead Auditor (m/w/d) or similar certification Multiannual professional practice on digital operational resilience, information security, third-party risk management and business continuity management as well as project management Consistent with the conception and implementation of governance processes, risk management structures as well as control and monitoring activities, complemented by IT know-how Comprehensive expertise in legal and regulatory requirements in the financial sector as well as in standards and practices in the context of digital operational resilience Very good German and English in word and writing
