Nurse outpatient tour (m/f/d)

Are you examinated nursing staff and want to professionally accompany people in their familiar home? In the outpatient tour care, you play a responsible role in the holistic care of our clients. With your professional competence and your view for individual needs, you design care autonomous, reliable and close to people.

For our branch in Großenhain we are looking for a nursery (m/w/d) for outpatient tour care . The place is to be occupied in parttime (from 28.5 hours/week).

Your duties

• All specialist tasks of treatment and basic care

• Tour planning

• Documentation and regulation management

• Ensure high quality of care under management and professional guidance

• Cooperation with external professional groups

• Cross-sector work in other supply areas

This will bring you

• Completed three-year training in nursing or nursing

• Class B driving licence

• Good knowledge of German, at least B1 level

• Willingness to cross-departmental work and weekend services

• Structured and independent operation

• Communicative and reflective personality

• Flexibility to quickly adjust to changing situations
