Recruiting: You accompany the entire application process – from job registration to interview. HR Administration: You enter and exit personnel, for example, and take care of their handling. Advice: You are a contact person for executives and employees in all HR questions. Processes & Projects: You optimierst HR processes and advance exciting projects such as digitalization or our further education academy. Payroll: You provide all the data for payroll accounting and ensure a smooth flow of information. Personal Development & Marketing: You will design further training offers and strengthen our employer brand. Reporting: You'll start evaluations for the management and advisory board. External interfaces: You answer questions from auditors, contact authorities and health insurance companies and ensure professional cooperation.
