Your tasks You grow into the technical responsibility for your topic, instead of just working tickets: You take responsibility for modules across the entire SuccessFactors suite – whether Employee Central, Payroll, Time Management, Performance & Goals or Recruiting. Typically with us: A medium-sized customer from the DACH region already uses SuccessFactors and traces another module. You accompany such rollouts at several locations around the world, from request to go level, and make sure that country-specific features and compliance fit into the global template. You're doing a theme to yours. We want to specifically expand our specialist areas and look for someone who becomes a professional point of contact, sets standards and shapes his module with us. You conduct workshops on your own. Record customer requirements, question questions instead of just writing and translate them into clean, predictable solutions to SAP standard. You are responsible for modules and work packages across all project phases: analysis, design, customizing, test, go-live and hypercare. You work with AI and your own solutions, not just with the standard. We standardize SuccessFactors projects internally and externally with self-developed tools and build own software. You should bring that with you: At least three years of relevant experience in SuccessFactors projects, acquired in a consulting house (pure in-house experience is usually not enough). At least an end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors in a responsible role. Independent workshop moderation and safe occurrence towards HR management, project management and decision-makers. Very good German knowledge for secure communication with our customers as well as readiness for project-dependent customer appointments.
