Your role: social, nursing and educational support! Artists work in our art workshop: inside with cognitive impairments (e.g. dementia, autism, schizophrenia, trisomie etc.) independently and creatively – accompanied by artists: inside and studio management. Your area of responsibility lies exclusively in social work: you are responsible for the individual development, daily structuring and psychological stabilization of employees. Your focus is on cross-disciplinary thinking, empowerment and the promotion of personal resources – not on the guidance of artistic processes. Your tasks – educational focus: Individual development management: You support employees in their personal development, e.g. through everyday management, biography work or crisis intervention – always oriented towards their strengths and goals. Daily structure and group management: You organize the social framework of the workshop (e.g. breaks, rituals, conflict resolution) and create a stable, value-adding atmosphere. Cross-disciplinary cooperation: You connect with the psychosocial service, therapist:inside and relatives to develop holistic funding plans – but don't take any artistic guidance. Documentation and concept development: You reflect development processes, evaluierst needs and contribute to the further development of our educational approach.

That's what you bring: Competence: Training as a curative nurse:in or comparable qualification (e.g. medical education). Developmental orientation: interest in biography and resource strengthening in the context of funding planning and daily work Cross-disciplinary thinking: You see the employees as a whole and work across disciplines (e.g. with psychology, medicine, pedagogy). Structure and empathy: You create clear processes and keep an overview even in dynamic situations – without affecting artistic work. Team spirit: You are loyal, binding and communicative, but respect the division of tasks in the team. Important: Artistic knowledge is not a criterion – on the contrary: We consciously seek a person who focuses on social support and leaves the artistic work to others.
