As an asset manager of decentralised energy production facilities (m/w/d), you can ensure the safe, efficient and future-oriented operation of modern energy supply and distribution systems and drive innovative solutions in the real estate and business segment. You are responsible for the safe, economical and sustainable operation of complex power supply and distribution systems in compliance with legal requirements You continuously optimize processes, plants and energy solutions taking into account efficiency, cost-effectiveness and new technologies You control projects for plant adaptation, repair and further development and coordinate internal and external service providers You ensure work security, compliance with legal requirements and implementation of measures in the field of sustainability and energy management You are a key partner for customers, technical concerns and innovative solutions with a focus on digitalization and automation You analyze and improve existing systems and promote the integration of new technologies to increase process quality and efficiency You drive forward the development and digitization of asset management to create sustainable and sustainable energy solutions

Complete master's degree in engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the management and maintenance of complex power supply and distribution systems Funded energy and economic knowledge as well as knowledge in technical fields such as heat pumps, boilers, KWK systems and photovoltaics Embossed team orientation, communication strength and analytical skills for problem solving Safe handling of MS Office Structured, self-responsive and solution-oriented mode of operation with high result orientation and a keenness to decision
