Planning, support and further development of electronic access and closing systems at our locations Responsibility for the technical implementation of closing plant projects in existing and new properties Creation and maintenance of access and authorization concepts for employees, foreign companies and external service providers Administration and maintenance of the locking system software and the associated closing plans Planning and monitoring of the introduction of closing systems in new projects, in particular for larger construction and infrastructure measures Organisation and coordination of keys and access media Implementation of analyses, cost determinations and implementation plans for new sites and business areas, including procurement audits under VOB/VOL Maintenance of master data and documentation of technical infrastructure Coordination with internal departments, subsidiaries, project teams as well as external partners and service providers, including data protection issues at the authorization management Support for security-relevant issues in daily business

Successfully completed technical training, for example as a technician:in, master:in or specialist in the field of electrical engineering, safety technology, building technology or a comparable field of expertise Experiences in handling access control, closing or security systems Technical understanding of electronic systems and their networking, as well as interest in digital solutions Basic knowledge of data protection (GDPR) in connection with authorization and access data Basic knowledge of procurement and contract law (VOB/VOL) or Experience in construction management of advantage Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Organisational skills and joy in driving complex projects independently Communication strength and safe occurrence in exchange with internal and external contact persons Good knowledge in dealing with the common Microsoft Office applications High sense of responsibility and reliability driving licence class B
