The Finneck Foundation is a regional diaconical institution for integration aid and child and youth assistance, which offers a wide range of social services to support people in different situations of life. In the heart of Thuringia, it offers numerous educational opportunities for young and old and operates under the motto “reliable, solution-focused and inclusive”. The Finneck Foundation offers are located at Rastenberg, Sömmerda and Artern. In total, around 700 employees specialising in enabling participation are involved in the company's network to find individual solutions, to support the 1,250 clients and thus to contribute to an active improvement of their quality of life. For this client, conQuaesso® JOBS is looking for a commercial management (w/m/d) in Rastenberg for the first quarter of 2026

In close coordination with the Executive Board, you are responsible for all the Foundation's commercial processes and design their supply structure with your strategic vision. You conduct and coordinate an efficient administration with around 20 employees and develop the area according to requirements, innovative and sustainable. Based on your multi-year experience, you take responsibility for financial accounting, personnel, real estate and fleet as well as topic-specific projects. You are proactive and represent the Foundation in bodies and networks.

You have a completed economic study with the focus on finance and controlling, a commercial training with additional professional experience in the economic management of a complex entity or ideally in integration aid. Your well-founded knowledge in the fields of controlling, performance accounting and financial accounting enables you to take over the economic planning and production of annual financial statements and to act as a contact person for the Executive Board and the Board of Trustees in all financial matters. Your commercial skill paired with experiences in the field of personnel, real estate as well as your knowledge in the field of process digitization are excellent. Your strategic mindset, your talent for communication at eye level and your flexibility in the processing of new topics as well as your negotiation skills complete their profile.
