Educators for the elementary sector wanted (m/f/d)

For WABE-Kita in Boizenburg, where we care for up to 120 children, we are looking for first-class pedagogical staff for the elementary sector.

The rooms in our kitas are creative and learning landscapes for children and offer you the opportunity to fully develop your ideas and potential in your role as a pedagogical specialist. The concept of open pedagogy of mindfulness corresponds to our approaches to the development of children. Self-perception, self-determination, self-confidence and self-responsibility are the focus.

The promotion of individual possibilities of development, the specialization of specialist areas and the professional development of skilled workers are our fundamental concerns. We place great emphasis on professional team communication and support these in coachings as needed.

Your perspectives - Our tasks

• You will accompany our elementary children in the individual kitaday along our open pedagogy of mindfulness during our opening hours (06:[for phone number see the original ad]:00). Their work is fully oriented towards the needs of the children.
• Support in the development and development of children. Here, for example, you can use the movement promotion to Emmi Pikler, without directing and accelerating interventions of an adult.

Your skills - Our expectations

• A completed training as an educator or a comparable degree is absolutely necessary. A focus in an education area is desired, but we do not presuppose.
• Openness, willingness to learn and teamwork as well as knowledge, experiences or interest in the field of open pedagogy of mindfulness complete your profile.
