Special education nurse / health and nursing assistant (m/f/d)

We are looking for new colleagues who are willing to master challenging situations with us in the team and to accompany people in a closed intensive living area. Are you there? The "Haus Dümmer" housing offer is located in a beautiful landscape in a large forest area in Wildeshausen. 16 people live here; they are looking forward to creative ideas and are happy to be in the fresh air. Our aim is to plan and implement staff-centred support services together in the support circle. In addition, you have the opportunity to actively shape your workplace and to accompany the customers in a new residential environment in Syke. We know that this job is challenging and therefore, as a team, always look good at ourselves and have our boundaries in mind.

Your duties

• Support and care for people with disabilities in daily life
• Pedagogical, practical and nursing support
• Promoting individual development
• Strengthen self-employment, communication and self-responsibility
• Creating development reports and participation plans
• Support, encourage and implement hobby and leisure activities

Your profile

• At least three years completed educational or nursing vocational training (Heilerziehungspfleger:in, educator:in, Senior Caregiver:in, Health Caregiver:in) or equivalent training
• Ready to work in shiftwork and weekends
• They pay attention to the Christian embossing of the Diakony of Heaven and contribute to the goals and values of the Diacony.
