In this role, you take on the stand-alone responsibility for the facility management at the site, build structures and processes and develop the area with entrepreneurial attention. Responsibility for building and developing facility management in the new, highly automated logistics center in Neuchâtel Own leadership of the Facility Management area, including prioritization of the topics, making informed decisions and ensuring smooth operation Building a powerful FM team, further development of employees and creating clear structures for cooperation, service quality and operational safety Promoting the introduction of a CAFM system as a basis for transparent processes, efficient control and continuous improvement Planning, organisation and control of the services of foreign companies and service providers – from commissioning to quality assurance Keeping a cool head even with multiple simultaneous projects and operational challenges Direct reporting to the location manager of the logistics centre and the representation of the facility management as a competent contact person at the Neuenburg site

Multiannual professional experience in facility management, building maintenance or a comparable technical operation leadership experience, ideally with independent control of teams, service providers or cross-departmental projects Ideally studies or further training in facility management, in building technology, business management or a related area Good technical understanding, networked thinking and an analytical and conceptual approach Safe handling of MS Office as well as experience or strong interest in CAFM systems and data-based processes High self-sufficiency, sense of responsibility and a sense of decision, coupled with social competence, communication strength and strong customer orientation Stylish communication in German and English – oral and written Use creativity and initiative to solve problems and achieve goals Detection of potential for improvement and implementation of changes to increase productivity and effectiveness Values instead of Blabla: cooperative, innovative, piratic, independent, ambitious – these five values we all demand and we all live.
