Technical Administrator Physics Laboratory (m/f/d)

Tasks:

Processing of physical-material questions in the context of series tests and corrosion tests Processing of complex questions in complaints or special test tasks Sample preparation of different types (e.g. multi-material composites and metallographic samples) Assessment and documentation of test results, preparation of investigation reports and their communication to clients (national and international) Acquisition and support of the coordination of examination procedures in the physics laboratory in cooperation with the team management of the physics laboratory Organisation of external audits (e.g. internal/ external laboratories, universities) Maintenance, maintenance and calibration tasks around the measuring instruments Creating new and revision of existing test regulations in accordance with the relevant standards or manufacturer specifications Review of customer specifications regarding feasibility and costs Installation of new measuring devices and related software Creation of compress reference entries for the technician/laborator

Qualification:

Complete vocational training as a physics laboratory, PTA, physics technician or comparable Very good knowledge of mechanical material testing, destructive and non-destructive material testing and microscopy Good to very good experience in friction materials desirable Experience values with specific device and evaluation software (e.g. for performing and evaluating corrosion tests, image evaluations or AI technologies) desirable Knowledge of the current quality standards of the automotive supply industry and its implementation in the daily processes desirable Good PC and MS Office knowledge Good German and English skills in word and writing High quality awareness, team skills and organizational talent Flexibility and readiness to learn Handicraft skill, physical loadability
