Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)

Commercial support for national and international customers, in particular in the Semiconductor market segment Creation of offers for customer-specific products and projects in line with the Sales and Business Segment Own-sponsored order processing and appointment tracking with close coordination with internal departments and customers Support and handling of special customer orders, including VPAs, pricing agreements and project orders Processing of returns and creation of credits and direct debits Creation and shipping of invoices to customers Maintenance and management of the order-relevant documentation and the digital customer files master data management in the SAP environment Processing of delivery lists and export reports in customer portals including appointment monitoring Coordination and organisation of customer-specific delivery releases and coordination with the shipping areas Support for transnational projects and process improvement measures Creation and evaluation of various reports and key figures for internal and external requirements

Successfully completed commercial training or comparable study Multiannual professional experience in the field of customer service, order management or a comparable function in a manufacturing company Very good knowledge of SAP SD as well as handling customer portals Secure handling of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook and Word Good English knowledge of word and writing Impressed organisational capacity and a structured and self-responsive way High quality awareness and strong customer orientation Very good communication and team skills Quick understanding, readiness to learn and loadability Analytical and solution-oriented thinking and a good understanding of operational processes Joy in cooperation with international customers and interdisciplinary teams
