We are looking for a kita guide (w/m/d) for our children's daycare center Goßmannsdorf as a parent office at the next possible start of work.

You run the facility with their team in compliance with the relevant framework conditions. You take responsibility for the comprehensive and targeted education and care of children up to their school entrance. You design processes and projects in work with the children entrusted to you, keep contact with parents and coordinate the nursing, educational and business activities. You are responsible for creating the schedules, working time control and personnel deployment planning. Coordination and cooperation with third parties, such as the specialist supervision at the Landratsamt or the district of Unterfranken, are also part of your duties. Classical administrative activities (e.g. registration, allocation, care contract and billing) take over the city administration.

You have a successfully completed educational training as a state-approved educator, a multi-year professional experience and have ideally already gained management experience. Dealing with common office software (Microsoft Office, Web Applications) is not an obstacle to you. Knowledge of the software AdebisKITA is advantageous. The work with children is an integral part of your career and you carry out the educational work with children with joy and commitment. You are helpful, empathic and communicative.
