Introduction, support and further development of various business applications across the entire life cycle – including 2nd and 3rd level support Implementation and coordination of change, test and release management Operation and maintenance of Windows Server operating systems and administration of Microsoft 365 environment Participation in the introduction of AI systems for process optimization and automation Support in developing and implementing a future-oriented cloud strategy Support and further development of the internal software implementation process Creation and maintenance of documentation, process descriptions and operating manuals Participation in licensing and contract management, in particular in the Microsoft environment Takeover and implementation of part/projects in coordination with team management and other IT areas Coordination and control of external service providers and ensuring service quality Ensuring compliance with data protection, information security and compliance requirements

completed training or studies in the IT field or a comparable qualification multiannual experience in supporting applications and in the IT service environment good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows Server and, at best, license management Ideally experience with FI/CO applications, collaboration tools Basic knowledge about ITSM systems such as Matrix42, ServiceNow or TOPdesk high self-responsibility, pronounced communication strength and a structured operation Interest in innovative technologies and the willingness to work on new topics such as AI or cloud solutions Team skills, organizational talent and a solution-oriented way of thinking
