Support in the planning and implementation of trade fairs Self-assessment and maintenance of technical data sheets in cooperation with Sales, R&D and QM Self-planning, creation and maintenance of sample folders/books and monitoring of the material inventory for sample materials in the sample storage Active cooperation and operational support of the marketing/sales team in the field of healthcare, such as Creation of PowerPoint presentations or marketing materials (Value Stories, Graphics, Videos and Photos) Cooperation with external service providers (Musterlager, Suppliers) and internal interface management of specialist departments (Sales, R&D, Customer Service, FPM Operations)

Studies in communication sciences or business management with focus on marketing Very good user knowledge in MS Office, Teams and Sharepoint Advantageous experiences with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Indesign) Own initiative as well as a high degree of autonomy, a structured working method and a very good time management Very good language skills in German and English
