Project Manager Energy Industry (m/f/d)

You plan and build the (multi-) project management framework and ensure its further development You coordinate, manage and accompany ongoing projects and ensure the optimal cooperation and communication of the participating teams and specialist departments You advise and support the project participants in the development and implementation of necessary optimization measures You take over the management of individual projects in compliance with internal company requirements and budgets You ensure the transparent and regular communication of objectives, milestones and procedures, including the implementation of appropriate coaching and training measures You conduct risk and vulnerability analyses and develop appropriate risk mitigation measures You provide targeted communication to overcome potential conflicts of interest in a complex project environment

You have completed your studies (e.g. economic engineering, energy management, computer science) You have relevant professional experience in agile project management and expertise in the application of project management tools and methods Ideally, you have already gained experience in the energy industry You are an analytical, solution-oriented team player with very good self-organization, structured working and value-adding communication
