Cutting machine operator milling (m/f/d)

Self-assembly and processing of components on 5-axis milling machines for the production of running surfaces, dimensions and complex contours according to the drawing and standard selection, assembly and measurement of the necessary cutting tools for the respective task Creation and optimization of CNC programs via machine control Safe handling of measuring devices and the execution and documentation of testing activities to ensure the quality and completeness of all processed parts by complete documentation execution of crane activities in the context of manufacturing processes

Completed training as machining mechanic:in, cutting technique Safe handling of 5-axis milling machines, preferably with Heidenhain control, as well as several years of experience in single and small series production, including processing of stainless steels Ability to set up, run and tool management of the machine as well as to create and optimize CNC programs and to securely read and implement 2-D/3-D drawings Implementation and documentation of quality and precision controls High self-sufficiency, pronounced quality and detail awareness as well as team and contact capability, also in shift operation
