Senior Consultant SAP HCM Payroll (m/f/d)

As a Senior Consultant in SAP HCM PY (m/w/d), you are working on the development and implementation of payroll and workforce management solutions in a national and international context. Consultation: You analyze customer requirements and advises leading companies to implement future-oriented HR software solutions. Expertise: With your expertise, you will develop strategies, concepts and solutions related to Payroll and Workforce Management and implement them in organizations. Daily Business: You design efficient processes, develop optimization potential and are active in customizing the HCM modules. Responsibility: You take over the workstream management of large system implementations in your team and guide junior colleagues. In addition, you opt for costs and participate in the creation and presentation of the offer. Innovation: You will also contribute to the development of pioneering instruments and company-internal capabilities to expand our Human Capital consulting portfolio.

At least 3 years of professional experience in transformation projects in the field of SAP HCM on premise H4S4, ideally with a consulting company or in-house consulting Expertise in customizing SAP HCM H4S4 with knowledge in the modules pay billing (PY), time management (PT), organization management (OM) and personnel administration (PA) Very good knowledge of Self Service & ABAP programming, experience in project management and personal and process knowledge Entrepreneurial thinking, sound decision making in complex situations as well as presentation and moderation capability readiness to travel and German and English very well in word and writing
