Technical and disciplinary management of the internal service/customer service team – further development, coaching, deployment planning Analysis, optimization and standardization of sales and order processing processes Management of introductory and implementation projects (e.g. ERP, CRM, customer portal) from request intake to rollout incl. Team training Identification and implementation of AI applications in sales and customer service (e.g. offering assistance, automated order acquisition, chatbots) Link between sales, IT, logistics and management – you translate between specialist and technology Construction and maintenance of KPI reports for the control of service quality and sales performance

Commercial or technical studies (BWL, Business Informatics, etc.) or comparable training Multiannual leadership experience in sales services, customer service or sales operations – ideally in wholesale or B2B environment Detectable experience in managing IT-introduction or digitization projects High affinity for digital tools, process automation and AI applications – you do not need to program, but understand what is technically possible Embossed communication strength: You pick up your team during changes and can easily explain complex topics Structured, hands-on working with entrepreneurial thinking
