Creation and further development of a sustainable operating concept for the server landscape Coordination of technical requirements with specialist areas and relevant stakeholders Structure and inventory of server landscape Integration and maintenance of servers in OpenManage Enterprise (OME) Implementation of firmware, driver and hardware updates including documentation

Completed vocational training or completed studies in the IT field Experience in the administration of server infrastructures Dell OpenManage Enterprise (OME) or comparable hardware management solutions Experience with ITSM processes and ideally ServiceNow or USU Valuemation Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (min. C1)
