Receivables Management Clerk (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Junior Claim Manager (m/w/d). Either for our office in Frankfurt or for our new office in Berlin-Mitte. You are part of the credit control team within the German Operations area in a fast-growing fintech. We pursue a consistent “Customer first” approach, and your central task is to conduct negotiations with our customers (business owners) who have difficulties in repaying their loan. In more complex cases you work with our paralegal, lawyers and other iwoca teams (e.g. account managers, credit analysis, etc.). In your role, you take early responsibility with your own customer portfolio, have direct influence on the overall performance of Team Germany and have a number of possibilities for personal and professional development.

Basic: Shows curiosity in handling AI tools and interest in learning them further. You already use AI safely in practice to solve problems, work more efficiently and improve the quality of your work. In doing so, you can show a good sense of when the stake is reasonable and can justify your decisions comprehensible. In order to be successful in this role, the following ideally applies to you: You have completed a commercial / legal training or a (company) degree You have already gained first professional experience - ideally in the financial sector - in a “customer-facing” position Experience and knowledge in debt management are desirable, but no condition You communicate at any time confidently, both in writing and on the phone You're very empathy and have a fingertip feeling You have a strong enforcing ability to be targeted even in difficult situations You have high negotiating skills with “customer first” approach, and it’s easy for you to build a strong relationship with your customers You think proactive, are curious and constantly questioning cases and processes to make improvements - innovation is fun and motivated you You are a real team player and always ready to support your colleagues You have excellent knowledge of German and you also have good knowledge of English, so meetings in our international team are not a problem for you You have fun working in an international team

The content We expect to pay between €34,000 and €46,000 for this place. However, it is important to us to pay you fair, so in your application you must give your salary ideas.
