EDI Specialist (m/f/d)

In this role, you shape digital interfaces forward-looking and contribute to ensuring stable, efficient and sense-making processes between customers, systems and the point of care. Are you on it?

Your tasks EDI Monitoring and Process Optimization: You continuously monitor our EDI connections, analyze vulnerabilities in ongoing operation and develop existing processes to sustainably increase quality, transparency and stability. Cund:internal connection in electronic data exchange: As part of the electronic document exchange, you will accompany the connection of new customers and ensure a smooth exchange of business data between the participating systems. Error analysis and solution finding: In case of disturbances in the EDI environment, you identify causes, coordinate the clarification with relevant interfaces and ensure stable operation through pragmatic and sustainable solutions. Interface management and internal coordination: As a central contact person: you work closely with internal departments, customer support and technical interface partners:in order to understand requirements clearly and efficiently implement them. With design and quality awareness: You’re questioning existing processes, introducing new ideas and supporting EDI processes to develop future-oriented, transparent and user-oriented processes.

Training and professional experience: You have a successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial businessman (m/w/x) or a comparable qualification and ideally bring practical experience in the field of EDI / Electronic Data Interchange. Special interest in EDI and processes: topics such as electronic data exchange, interfaces, data flows and process relationships will inspire you, and you want to further develop your know-how in a dynamic environment. IT-Affinity and System Understanding: Secure handling of digital applications and good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel, help you quickly capture and work in a structured manner. Language skills: You have very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English to communicate safely both internally and internationally. Soft Skills: You are characterized by a structured way of working, sense of responsibility, team orientation, communication strength and a solution-oriented view of challenges.
