As an object management in the Technical Building Management (TGM), you are responsible for the organization and monitoring of the building equipment. You lead a team of object technicians and ensure that all maintenance, inspection and maintenance work is carried out in accordance with the agreed standards and regulations. On request, a company car with private use is provided.
