Support of the global distribution team for customs and foreign policy issues for all clinical trials Determination and maintenance of customs values, clarification of country-specific import and export regulations, determination and verification of customs numbers and provision of country-specific documents Care of Country Requirements Independent planning and control of the worldwide distribution of test preparations for assigned projects and clinical trials of all phases Development, optimization and implementation of distribution strategies as well as control and monitoring of external service providers Responsibility for distribution activities regarding timelines, budget, risks and optimizations

Complete bachelor's degree in the field of foreign trade, customs, international logistics or supply chain management alternative: completed commercial training (e.g. merchant/wife for forwarding and logistics services or wholesale and foreign trade) with many years of professional experience

Good knowledge of import and export regulations for clinical trials and customs Knowledge of regulatory requirements (GMP / GDP / GCP) Experience with IRT systems and willingness to work into new systems Flexibility, planning and organisational skills as well as structured, self-initiative working and team orientation
