In the 3-member Customer-Success team, you will join our team of customers from Homeoffice with Christian Breiholz (Vice President Customer Success), Jan Vogl (Customer Success Manager) and Pamela Zeh (Senior Customer Success Manager) together:inside – data transmission, proactive and in close cooperation with sales, consulting, support and product management. As a Junior Customer Success Manager:in (m/w/d), you are confident that our solutions are successful and are satisfied in the long term. For this, you analyze customer needs and develop individual plans. Your understanding of financial and procurement processes and your structured way of working help you prioritise complex requirements and implement them into clear measures. An essential part of your activity is Health Checks, where you check the use of our products, set benchmarks and make recommendations for action. To do this, you use your analytical thinking and communication skills to prepare results in a comprehensible manner and to present them safely in German and English - by phone as well as personally in training or workshops. In the working day, you have a lot of contact with sales, consulting, support and product management to let customer feedback flow into the further development of our products. Your secure stakeholder management empowers you to coordinate internal enquiries or escalations and to find constructive solutions.
