Proactive support and development of existing customer relationships and reactivation of inactive customers to identify new sales potentials for TIGER products. Fully commercial support of our customers in the interior service – from the supply creation to the order processing and tracking. Creation, negotiation and follow-up of offers and support in price and contract negotiations. Acceptance, recording, confirmation, processing, tracking and invoice of customer orders. Close cooperation with the external service and product managers to develop individual solutions and to ensure optimal customer support. Conducting market and customer data analyses to identify new business opportunities. Maintenance and updating of customer and order data in SAP and CRM systems, including creation of reports and evaluations.
