Management and coordination of development and GMP-compliant production projects for international customers in preclinical and clinical areas Responsible communication with customers, including outcome presentations, conflict resolution and management of customer meetings Leadership of an interdisciplinary team and central contact*in for international partners and specialist departments Control of product development and production in accordance with GMP guidelines as well as responsibility for cross-departmental communication and coordination of product delivery Monitoring and management of project progress in terms of risk, time and budget, and implementation of process optimization

Completed scientific studies (biology, chemistry, pharmacy, etc.), ideally with doctorate Multiannual professional experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, preferably focusing on GMP-compliant development and production processes Experience in managing complex projects with sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and GMP guidelines Excellent organizational, communication and team skills as well as high load capacity and flexibility Flexibility in terms of working hours Very good English knowledge of word and writing; further language skills and intercultural communication strength are advantageous
